Micaela S. Benn began her real estate career in marketing and commercial property management with Marathon Petroleum Company in Detroit, MI, 2002. She became a Realtor in Indianapolis, IN in 2009, and joined CMS Real Estate Services, a high-volume brokerage that mainly serviced HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac assets. This experience is what led Micaela to develop a passion for working primarily with real estate investors.
In 2012, Micaela joined Keller Williams Realty in Greenwood, IN. She relocated to Atlanta, GA in 2015, and joined PalmerHouse Properties in 2017. Until 2018, Micaela maintained a client base of investors on a part-time basis while thriving in corporate marketing as a product manager for several Fortune 200 companies. After 16 years of involvement with every facet of marketing, from research & analysis to brand management, she left the corporate world to pursue real estate entrepreneurship full-time. Presently, Micaela leverages her background in marketing by providing copywriting and branding services to real estate professionals. As well, she develops and instructs CE courses in niche marketing and real estate investing for American Real Estate University, a GREC-approved real estate school located in Covington, GA.
Micaela transitions onto the PHP Commercial Team with transferrable knowledge and experiences that position her to work well with investors of multi-family properties. She also looks forward to partnering with small business owners who desire to buy, sell, and lease space across Fulton, DeKalb, and Gwinnett Counties. Micaela is a member of NAMAR board and Women’s Council of Realtors, as well as Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
