Anita and Michael are absolutely fantastic to work with. They guided us through the selling and buying process. They had an open line of communication with us and kept us involved every step of the way. They priced our home appropriately for the market and were able to get multiple bids, all over asking price. They were diligent and helped us secure the house of our dreams (even though it wasn’t active on the market). They made a stressful escrow process, less stressful and made sure our needs and concerns felt heard and understood. Mike and Anita are both amazing. We listed our house with them and that weekend we had over 20 showings. By then end of our first week multiple offers had come in and we ended up in escrow very shortly after. The process was so smooth and we ended up selling without any conditions. Highly recommend them - they are nice down to earth people who don't BS you into doing something that isn't going to work or talk nonsense. They are honest, knowledgeable and if we hadn't moved out of the area, we would use them again in a heartbeat.

I knew if I had questions I could call them and they would answer, wasn’t just Monday - Friday, it was any day of the week. My husband and I were first time home buyers and traveled up to Temecula to “just look” at houses in the area. We met Michael at one of his open houses, as well as a lender. We were very new to the process and wanted to get a grasp on what we could get in our price range. After a great discussion on financing and Mike gave us some tips for our search, we went to look at further houses. Of course, the very next house we went to was THE HOUSE. We knew we didn’t have all our ducks in a row (finding the house before financing) but reached out to Mike and the lender we met earlier, to see if it was even possible. Mike’s response was, “let’s do it”.

After a crazy 24 hours we had already had our financing approved and an offer on the table! Within just a couple days we were in escrow! Insane!! My husband and I still mention how they must have spent their whole evening getting things going. It was such a fast turnaround. Through out the whole process Michael was so easy to get in contact with; if we had any questions he’d respond very quickly. I know it’s not the case for a lot of people, but it was such smooth sailing, we actually closed on our house two weeks early!

Since moving to the area, Mike and Anita have become great friends. They have been a great source to go to if we need recommendations for anything; gardener, dryer repair, good place for dinner. Would highly recommend them, they know what they are doing, and made the process so much easier than we thought it could be.

We had just about everything go wrong that could have gone wrong with our sale, and Michael was honest and transparent with me every single step of the way. When we had sudden water damaged happen in the home as we were moving to my husband's new duty station, he went to the house and made sure the contractors did their job correctly, and when they hadn't, he was instrumental in making sure they DID. From rushed paperwork, to negotiating us additional funds, to fighting for a faster close that we had been promised, he was an amazing realtor. For late night calls, taking on the weight of uncomfortable conversations with the people dropping the ball for me, for listening to me cry over all the bad luck that came raining down on us, he was an amazing friend. I will never hesitate to send everyone I love directly to Michael and Anita, because when you become their client, you are treated like family. Thank you, we never would have gotten through this without you.

Where to start?? Hmmm relocated here from TX and had no idea where to look as we had not had a good experience with the agents our relocation company set us up with. We began our search on our own and came across Mike while inquiring about one of his listings he promptly responded and put us in touch with his team member Melissa as she represents buyers. I expressed our needs and expectations and was quickly put at ease as Melissa has lived in the area most of her life and was extremely knowledgeable in ratings of local schools which was at the top of our list. She later got in touch with our relocation company and was relocation certified in no time.
Needless to say we flew in Sunday and she was ready to start our home search Monday morning. Long story short we saw over forty homes in one week and made an offer by following week as we were in a hurry to purchase. We came across a few bumps on the road and Melissa handled each one in a professional manner while staying calm and positive. I honestly don't know what another agent would have done under some of the issues we faced with our lender a day prior to closing but she went above and beyond what I felt an agent normally would.
