Michael Arkin

A native New Yorker, born and raised in Brooklyn, Michael is a lifelong resident of the city and knowledgeable about the unique attributes of a great many different neighborhoods. He and his British wife, a strategic marketing consultant, have bought and renovated a series of investment properties in Hudson, New York, and Long Island City, where they currently live in an historic townhouse. Pursuing a career in real estate has been a natural progression. He graduated from Wesleyan University with a BA in Theatre. His busy acting career over the past 40 years has owed its success to creativity and imagination, hard work and, above all, he believes, in the ability to understand people and respond to what motivates them
