Michael Blake Rabon

As a native of Horry County, South Carolina, Michael takes great pride in showcasing the beautiful Myrtle Beach area (Grand Strand) and its surrounding communities. Although born just across the county line in Marion, SC, he grew up in rural Horry County, where he has lived most of his life, including in Myrtle Beach, Conway, North Myrtle Beach, and Aynor/Galivants Ferry. His deep local knowledge is one of his most valuable assets.

With over 12 years as a former business owner and more than 20 years in retail management, Michael understands his clients' needs on a deeper level. He began his real estate career in 2004 and has witnessed firsthand the changes in the market. As a full-time realtor, he is dedicated to becoming a top producer and continually invests in his education to better serve his clients. Michael is available seven days a week, ensuring that his clients' needs are always met.

In July 2021, Michael earned his SC Real Estate Broker’s License and currently holds two national realtor designations: ABR, SRS and PSA. He is an active member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors. A pet lover, Michael has a 26-pound female Miniature Australian Shepherd and a 60-pound rescue Carolina dog.
