Michael Camarena joined Intempus Realty in April of 2016. While he was a leasing assistant he has been able to help lease out properties across the Silicon Valley ranging from Atherton to Gilroy CA. Michael grew up in Silicon Valley where he now specializes in Real Estate Leasing, Property Management and Sales Activities that range from First Time and Repeat Home Buyers to working with Investors and Sellers.

Michael is also an acting Supervisor of Leasing Department where he is responsible for overseeing leasing of large portfolio that consists of hundreds of residential and commercial units. Michael has in depth knowledge of the Silicon Valley Housing and Rental markets, negotiation tactics, as well as expertise in current market trends.
