Michael is *the* person to work with if you are looking to buy a home in Albuquerque. He was very responsive throughout our search and available on short notice when we found properties we wanted to view or had questions. Michael is professional and knowledgeable, but beyond that he is a genuine and kind person - and that makes a difference. The home buying process was stressful at times, but he advocated for us every step of the way and we felt so fortunate to have him in our corner. Highly, highly recommend Michael Chochol if you are in need of a reliable realtor.

Between trekking across town to show me houses on workday evenings, remaining encouraging and patient through multiple unsuccessful offers/negotiations, and providing virtual tours when my partner and I caught COVID, Michael made the process of finding/buying my first home so much less daunting. I highly appreciated his positive but realistic outlook that allowed me chances to look at a variety of homes in my price range, and make offers that I felt comfortable with. Ultimately, I ended up in a house that fits my finances and family needs, has a bright open feeling, and is near my work. Michael's optimism, guidance, patience, and understanding of what I was looking for made the process far less stressful than previous attempts at looking for my first home.

Had a GREAT experience with Michael on a house that my clients were buying. We had some huge Obstacles dealing with Bernalillo County Housing who did not make this transaction easy to say the least and had it been up to them they would of left a family HOMELESS! Nevertheless, me and Michael came together and both the buyer and seller worked with each other, I did things like paint and shampoo carpets and helped with repairs to get this home passed in all inspections, which kept a family from a near disaster. Michael was the Realtor for selling my home and finding us a home to buy that was fast and easy. The first house was the one we fell in love with, and my home sold in two days. The thing that I really admire about Michael is that he never gave up as issues came up, but yet took a back seat when the big, totally unnecessary, illegal problem came from our Title Company. That big error done by our Title Company that could have ruined the entire deal. Unfortunately I had to deal with it all by myself and with the help of the Courts, they rendered a quick resolution that saved all parties involved. That is the reason I only gave Michael 4 stars.
Nonetheless, by the grace of God, everything worked out and we love our new home! Realtors need to learn to be more complimentary when selling someone’s home, realizing that every case and client is unique, and that eye contact is very important to establish that bond and trust. Michael has a lot of potential to be a great Agent with Coldwell Banker and was such a hard worker! He returned all my calls and texts very quickly too. We are grateful to him for a final great result. Home selling and buying can be one of the most stressful times of our lives. This one was no exception. Thank you Michael and God bless you in your future endeavors.

Our family had to sell my parents house after a death in the family and my Mom's declining health in the past year. It was a sensitive issue selling a family home.
