Born in Taiwan, my family immigrated to the United States and initially moved across the country, staying with family in **Woodland Hills, Los Angeles** and **Garden City, Long Island**. We eventually settled down in Charleston, South Carolina, which is where I grew up. Bilingual in English and Taiwanese Mandarin, my diverse background and deep-rooted connection to the region eventually led me to Bluffton in 1998, where I spent 25 successful years in Medical Management. Rising to the executive level as a Director, I honed my leadership skills by serving as president of a statewide professional society for four separate terms, totaling seven years.
Driven by a passion for property development and contract strategy, I selected Real Estate Sales as my second career adventure. I bring a distinct advantage to my clients: a solid background in negotiating multi-million-dollar leases and purchases for both commercial medical offices and historic multi-unit residential investment properties. Additionally, my background includes extensive experience managing medical office construction projects alongside teams of engineers, architects, and interior designers. My leadership also extends to local community governance, having served as president of two Hilton Head / Bluffton area commercial POAs for four years.
As a dedicated professional, I hold advanced credentials including **Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE)**, **Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR)**, and **Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)**. I am an active member of the National Association of Realtors®, South Carolina Realtors®, and the Hilton Head Area Realtors® Association.

I am also an automobile enthusiast and have had the opportunity to own multiple fun cars and drive them along iconic routes like the Tail of the Dragon and the Cherohala Skyway.
