Michael Church

After spending eight years in sales and marketing from international software solutions to packaging in the northwest Mike brought his passion for solving clients’ problems to the local real estate market in 2013. He grew up in the family lumber and real estate business in Michigan and worked for three years in residential carpentry.

In 2003 Mike moved to Idaho to attend New Saint Andrews College where he fell in love with the Palouse and his wife Kathryn, born and raised in Moscow. After graduating he worked just over 5 years at EMSI, a local software company. He gained experience as the top salesperson, provided data solutions to economic developers, and launched a new product for colleges in the UK.

The following two years Mike established a new inland northwest market for a regional packaging company, allowing him to learn about the local agricultural and industrial economy. Kathryn and Mike have four wonderful children and could not think of a better place to raise them. He has always been enthusiastic about real estate, building and development and after a number of years at Key Properties as an Associate Broker he launched Kestrel Realty Group with his wife in 2017, allowing him to guide you in the industry and region he loves.
