Michael Clark

Michael Clark was born and raised in the South Bay and started his real estate career in 1972. Striving for excellence he earned his broker’s license in 1980. He is widely respected among his clients and peers for his experience and knowledge of all phases of the real estate business, favoring residential & Income property. Michael represents buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of all types of property throughout the South Bay.
Michael is affiliated with, and a long time standing member of the Southbay Assoc of Realtors, the CAR (Ca Assoc. of Realtors) the NAR (Nat'l Assoc of Realtors) and has earned the designation of EMS (Equity Marketing Specialist) which allowed membership in the NCE (National Council of Exchangers) which is a very prestigious organization that very few other brokers & agents belong to. Accomplishments include certifications in REO, Short Sales and is an Investment Specialist and is very fluent in the 1031 “Tax Deferred Exchange” for the investors looking to trade up.
Dedicated to serving his community Michael is a life Member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Torrance Lodge 785 which cares for needy children, families, and senior citizens by providing food, housing, clothing, medical needs, and education. Michael is also a Viet Nam war veteran and is proud to have served his country.
