Michael has over 35 years of experience in developing real estate. He has been directly responsible for major residential, commercial, and industrial projects totaling over $750 million in new investment. Mr. Cohan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and City Planning from Rutgers University and continued on to receive his Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Planning and Social Policy from Harvard University. Michael’s previous experience includes Chief Executive Officer/President of the Elizabeth Development Company in addition to serving as the former Executive Director of the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority. In addition to being a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of New Jersey, Mr. Cohan is a licensed builder. His current affiliations include: Member, Cape Atlantic Board of Realtors; Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce, International Economic Development Council, National Association of Realtors; New Jersey Association of Realtors; Designated Realtor, The Atlantic City, County Board of Realtors; Southern Jersey Shore Regional Multiple Listing Service and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
