Michael Cuevas

Michael has helped hundreds of people acquire and sell properties in Palm Beach County, Florida over the last 15+ years. He has surrounded himself with industry professionals that allow his clients to thrive in our ever-changing real estate landscape. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Michael migrated to South Florida in 2005 to join his family and escape the cold weather. He began his real estate career in Southwest Florida as a manager for a real estate developer in new home construction in Lee County. With a small group of investors, Michael expanded into the Palm Beach County. He opened and managed a new real estate office in downtown West Palm Beach and transitioned back into general real estate. Michael continues to diversify his own real estate portfolio and has acquired multiple properties and has opened a vacation rental business in neighboring Lake Worth Beach generating a passive income stream. Michael now assists others in purchasing multi-family properties and building their own vacation rental businesses.
