New York City native Michael D'Ambrosio began romancing about being a real estate investor at a young age. He watched his father, an Italian immigrant who never earned much of a salary and was busy raising four children, turn two houses in Brooklyn into high-value debt-free assets, and became inspired. Michael saw the power of real estate, and set his sights on that for his future. After working hard and becoming a master of his own craft in the automotive industry, he opened his own business, Perfection Automotive. With many of his upscale clients driving Bentley's and Lamborghini's mortgage brokers, investors and builders, he was strongly reminded of his passion. In 2015, Michael partnered with a NYC contractor and traveled the US learning everything he could about real estate investing. He assisted in construction management and eventually did single-single-family restorations on his own throughout Westchester County, in addition to residential and commercial projects in other states. Now a dedicated sales agent with J Philip, Michael is deeply interested and experienced in investing, creative acquisition strategies, as well as commercial and multifamily properties.
