A licensed stockbroker, he has also owned a large manufacturing company with 42 employees.
An active member of the local brokerage community, DiPilla currently serves on the architectural committee for his real estate association. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway’s Monarch Beach office in 1999, he was affiliated with an independent real estate company in the same area.
