Michael Duggan

Michael Duggan is a California Real Estate Broker and co-owner of the company. Michael began his Real Estate career in 1979, soon becoming a manager and partner in a large Real Estate company prior to opening Realty World East Bay Homes and Cambridge Residential Funding. Michael diversified into the Mortgage Lending Industry in 1995. Michael's vast knowledge and experience in both fields assists clients in their Real Estate needs and financial needs. Michael's experience includes commercial, subdivision, and multi-unit investment sales. He is also approved by the Federal Bankruptcy Court to sell bankrupt properties and has worked with government-appointed Trustees.
