For 43 years, I dedicated my career to IBM, traversing through diverse roles ranging from field technician to project executive and sales specialist. Relocating multiple times across different regions, I embraced new challenges and environments, from Philadelphia to Poughkeepsie, Poughkeepsie to Valley Forge, and eventually settling in the Washington Metropolitan area before making Millsboro, DE, my home.
During my tenure at IBM, I embarked on a parallel journey in real estate investing, with a particular focus on the captivating Outer Banks of North Carolina. Together with my wife Meg, we ventured into acquiring land, constructing custom homes, and curating them into sought-after beach rentals. For over 25 years, we meticulously crafted 6- to 8-bedroom homes complete with elevators, hot tubs, and pools, fostering a successful venture.
Upon retiring from IBM in 2022, I transitioned from real estate investment to fulfilling a newfound passion: helping individuals discover their ideal homes. Beyond my professional endeavors, I am an avid sports enthusiast, particularly fond of baseball and football.
