We bought an off-grid forest home that is beyond our wildest dreams, and it would never have happened without Michael Espada. More than just his attention to detail and his negotiating skills, it was Michael's dogged work ethic and his genuine care for us made our dream a reality. He treated our search with such personal, caring attention, and he was so relentless in his pursuit of our home. It's hard to imagine anybody else navigating such an unusual process so perfectly. Michael is one of a kind. We are so thankful.

We had been searching for something specific, and he was patient and helpful throughout the somewhat odd search process. When we found the perfect place, we weren't sure we could afford it. Michael helped us find financing and understand our options, and helped us put together a competitive offer. When the sellers opted to go with another offer, Michael continued to monitor the sale even as we started looking at other places. As the sale began to fall through, he worked with the listing agent, and they soon accepted our original offer. We ended up in an incredible home that we'd never have even looked at without Michael's guidance. We are grateful every single day to have worked with Michael Espada.

He's so responsive and responsible beside of the way he does everything in the best professional manner. We just met in the last minute when i was trying to reach my previous agent to schedule a tour for a house i found and was in kinda last 2 days before offer review date. So guess what he arranged everything and we bought it at the right price not the way everyone buys these days over priced. This was my first house and lot of things i knew now didn't know before and michael was the one helping me like a friend and answered all my questions. I refere him to everyone because y'all deserve to have a the best agent. Good luck!

Michael was referred to us through friends who also used him for the purchase of their dream home. We had some very specific needs headed into our home search (read: we are picky!) as this was our third home purchase and we also needed to do a refinance on one of our other homes in the same window of time. Michael patiently walked us through every step of this complicated process from selecting a lender to appraisals to drafting and submitting an offer. He is the most responsive and thoughtful realtor we've ever worked with and has high emotional intelligence. Even in the simplest of transactions, home buying is a stressful process so working with someone with these skills makes a huge difference.
Once we found the property that we wanted, Michael advised us on what it would take to make the most compelling offer and skillfully handled all the communications with the seller's agent to get us the best possible deal for our home with no headaches, drama or issues. In the Seattle-area housing market, timing and compelling offers are key to getting the home you want and he made it happen for us. I cannot think of anyone I'd rather work with on the purchase of a home than Michael - he is kind, thoughtful, hardworking and a commensurate professional.

Michael Espada is an incredible realtor that helped us find the house of our dreams and sell our previous place of living. During the time that he helped us, he went above and beyond in many different aspects (helping find perfect ideas for renovation of the previous living place, being extremely up to date and very fast to respond, easy to partner with and very client oriented, easy to communicate with, and very detailed but easy to understand in his explanations of the entire process). Originally, we were hoping to work directly with the listing agents on houses we are interested in and had turned down many buyer agents requested to work with us. Michael managed to change our minds and ended up taking really good care of us throughout the process. Michael is transparent, professional, (very) responsive, down to earth, and extremely easy to work with. Being first time home buyers, we needed a little more assistance on understanding the process. Michael’s helpfulness and eagerness throughout the process was consistent and never made us felt pressured nor left out. We are so glad we met Michael and ended up having him help us get our first house.

I’d recommend anyone who is considering working with an agent to give Michael a chance, this guy will grow on you and will give it all to deliver what he promised.
