Michael Ferrera is the best and kindest real estate broker you can ever work with. During the long, stressful, and sometimes agonizing process of buying a home he will continuously make you laugh and lighten up the pressure of what you’re facing. I can say he genuinely cares about his clients and helps you every step of the way. Michael will be completely honest and tell you if a house isn’t for you knowing that means he has to continue showing you a million houses, but he doesn’t care he wants you to be happy with your purchase. He treats you like you’re family, he brought my sister a graduation gift on the day of her graduation & he even brought me so many gifts at my closing. He’s the sweetest 😊 I’m so glad I got to work with him and will continue to work with him in the future because I refuse to work with anyone else, god willing 😁🏡❤️ Thank you for everything Mike! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Michael is amazing. This was a very difficult sale for me as I have been in my home for 22 years now. We are moving to Tennessee and put our home in Michael's hands. From the moment that he took our listing to the moment that we closed he was attentive understanding and supportive. He was able to make a very sad/happy time for us extremely easy and quick. He was always there when I called to ask a question and put all my fears to rest. The day that we closed he was at the closing table with us and he knew I was emotional (22 years in one place will do that to you) and he made us laugh the whole time. I shed no tears. I cannot thank Mike enough for making this process so streamline and easy with you and your glorious team I would have never made it. Thank you Mike for helping us make our dream a reality.

Mike Ferrara did a fantastic job in all aspects of getting our home sold. He was attentive, listened well, answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire process. He also made great recommendations for a real estate attorney, a contractor to provide patching and painting, and a reputable trash removal company to clean out the house. This was reassuring as we were primarily selling this home while living out of state. Mike paid attention to every detail, even contacting us when he saw that the lawn needed to be cut in order to keep things looking nice. We truly appreciate the great job Mike did and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who works very hard on behalf of his clients to get the job done!

As a first time home buyer I cannot explain the appreciation I have for Mike Ferrara from day one! From meeting him from the first time to sell our mobile home to the very end which was walking us out to our car from the closing of our new home....our experience with him was phenomenal! He's answered every question we had and if he couldn't he was on top of finding out and following through with it. In addition to him being "THE BEST REALTOR", his team of smart professionals was just as much a pleasure to work with.. Ruben from AMB Mortgage made the loan process go so smooth and Pam the attorney who I've used for the second time is the sweetest! She explained things to me so easily that first sounded like a different language. I can't thank Mike enough for all of his guidance, advice, (and many great laughs along the way). I would recommend him in a split second to anyone! Oh, and by the way.... Mike has a "guy" for EVERYTHING! Mike, Marden and I thank you again for all you've done and you truly are the perfect example of a realtor who really cares about his clients! Soooo happy to have done it all with Mike!!

Before we listed the house we set conditions for the sale. Mike had told us that if we had one open house we would get multiple offers over asking price. So we gave Mike the ok for just one open house. The day after the open house we had 6 offers over asking price. Mike was basically available 24 7 and never got tired of me pestering him with questions. It is very difficult to find someone who delivers on what they promise but Mike did that and more. I know the real estate market is hot and might be easy to sell a house but not many real estate agents would have taken us on with the understanding of 1 weekend and if it didn’t sell the house was off the market. Mike is very friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions and made great recommendations. What I loved is that he had everything running and ready for us to check at our walk through. He helped watch our toddler while we were at closing which was great bc having to run around an office and sign papers is not easy. We really appreciate everything he did. My fiancé and I just closed on our 1st home with Mike 7/30/21. He was referred to us by a co-worker and it was the best decision we could’ve made. Besides Mike being amusing and entertaining he made the adventure of house hunting fun and educational. We were never bored throughout our journey. He explained and inspected everything in detail from the foundation all the way to the rooftop. We were extremely scared at first and he walked us through it. Now we picked a beautiful property in a lovely town and are officially homeowners thanks to Mike.

This is my 2nd time using Mike! 1st was a year ago to find my 1st home. We found him after having a couple of really bad rounds with horrible agents, with MONTHS of no results and let downs. We were literally about to give up. We met Mike at an open house when we fired the last agent and ventured off on our own and honestly, giving him a chance was the BEST decision we could have EVER made! He found us our 1st home with WEEKS and held our hands every step of the way. We kept in close touch thereafter and he became a good friend and even ended up helping my mother with the sale of her co-op. 1 year later, he helped us sell our 1st home and get into the original forever home that we wanted, but just wasn't available at the time we wanted it! Once again, red carpet service with a lot of support! I couldn't imagine being able to do this without Mike and would never even think of it ever again! His knowledge and experience of real estate and the market just CAN NOT be matched! Plus you get a bonus with his awesome personality! I feel honored to have had the privilege of working with Mike AND to have inherited a lifelong friend like him. You'd truly be missing out and would be doing yourself a disservice if you went with anyone else other then Mike. 😊

House hunting your first time is so overwhelming. My fiancee and I were so blessed to have run into Mike while viewing houses on our own. We had met one real-estate agent before Mike and was not impressed but Mike seemed so down to earth genuine and ready to fight to get us what we want. After we went with Mike 3 viewings later we found our forever home we bid and 2 others matched our bid but though the guidance from Mike we where able to come out on top and are now proud home owners of a beautiful little cottage on a piece of land. If you wanna find a house Mike is your man always there for questions, advice and will help you find other professionals you will need to close on your house. Take it from me go with him and his recommendations on the others because it made something so stressful and overwhelming, doable, exciting and fun!
