I cannot express enough wonderful things about working with Michael Francis! He worked tirelessly to create a very successful purchase of our new home in April 2021 and sell our old in July 2021. During very stressful times in our economy and buying and selling within 3 months apart, Michael was able to secure an offer within the first week for the purchase and we closed as planned within 30 days. We simultaneously prepared to sell our old home and once listed we received an offer in a day. Our home needed a few upgrades since it was 20+ years old and he took the time to carefully identify a few changes (i.e. replace cracked corian kitchen countertops with granite). Michael’s advertising of the home was superb!! He went above and beyond by using a drone to enhance visuals of the new roof and present the 1.24 acres with a secluded, private, and wooded area. His description, photos and video were exceptional! The additional time he took to ensure the square footage for the property was absolutely pivotal in establishing the price. We are so thankful he took care of us as if it was his own home. Michael treated us like family. This was not another financial transaction. This was the absolute best experience. We will definitely call on him for future purchases/ sells and highly recommended him. He is truly the BEST realtor I have ever worked with. Not to mention, this is our sixth purchase and sell. Wish we would have met him sooner.
