About Michael
With over 20 years of experience as a broker, attorney and investor, Michael is a consummate professional. He prides himself not as a salesperson but as a counselor and a customer service expert and absolutely loves his job which is readily apparent to all of his clients.
With unlimited resources, Michael is able to assist his clients with every aspect of their sale from staging and beautifying the apartment before listing through the move after the sale. He uses creative and innovative marketing, implementing cutting edge technologies, social media, as well as his own extensive database to gain the maximum exposure for his exclusive listings. Because of his unique background he is able to guide his buyers through the entire process, having worked on every aspect of a residential real estate transaction from attorney to broker. His long standing and strong relationships with managing agents, top real estate attorneys, co-op board members and other brokers ensures a seamless transaction from start to finish.
Michael has lived most of his years in New York in Chelsea and the West Village and currently resides in a cooperative on the Upper West Side and East Hampton. Outside of work, Michael sits on several boards including his own cooperative and The Theodore Roosevelt Park Neighborhood Association and supports various charitable organizations, including the Central Park Conservancy, Friends of Roosevelt Park, and the ASPCA.
