Michael Gebhard’s experience in real estate dates back to the early 1990s, when he – back then Official Stock Broker at the German Stock Exchange – not only successfully invested his own money in the booming housing markets in the Eastern part of his reunified home country Germany, but also assisted wealthy clients with their real estate investments in this area.

Later on, as founder, owner and CEO of Gebhard Bank, a German investment bank focussed on asset management and real estate investment, Michael Gebhard was decisively involved in numerous real estate transactions for both his bank’s own account and its high-net-worth clients.

After moving to Florida in 2015, Michael Gebhard decided to contribute all of his manpower and experience as well as his extensive global network to starting a real estate business in Miami. Joining Keller Williams Realty, and enjoying their renowned training program was one of the first steps on this way.
