My wife and I bought a house in Chesapeake. If it wasn't for Mike. I don't think we would have found. Our 5 bdrm house on a 1/3 acre lot. If you want a very nice home and lots of property call Mike. I would give 6 stars but there are only five.

Let me start by saying that I was a 1st time home buyer. I just closed today! 🏡

I am normally very calm and level, but the thought of being a 1st time homeowner in my 30s was a little intimidating. I had questions galore.

When I 1st spoke with Mike, I set parameters as far as budget, what area I wanted to be in, wanting to stay away from tolls (on the daily commute to work), and what amenities I needed or wanted.

Mike carefully selected and proposed prospects that fit that criteria. You could tell that he had already went over them with a fine-toothed comb, because they all fit the criteria.

We finally landed on a winner! I was surprised that he didn't put me off on my own, due to the amount of properties that just weren't the "right fit" for me, but he was tenacious, and stuck with me.

Then he sent me "the one". This is when his work with me went into high gear.

Being a 1st time home buyer, I was in the dark and grasping for answers on every little thing, because I didn't know the process. Mike always answered his phone and responded to texts, although many of my questions didn't pertain to what his job entailed.

Overall, I knew that I had someone in my corner from the start, and when we finally found the right house, he ensured that the process was smooth. He's highly professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I'd recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home, and I appreciate all of the effort he put forth!

Working with Mike was such a pleasure!! He was so diligent and quick to respond to any concerns or questions I had throughout my home buying process!! He was kind, understanding, reliable and professional from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!
