Michael sold our parents home in Philadelphia, and it was seamless. We had many family members involved in the sale, which made it a bit more complex, and Michael didn’t miss a beat. He was a professional — kept us engaged and provided guidance every step of the way, AND also very personable.. He is a hard worker and always made himself available for questions (evenings & weekends). I would definitely use Michael again as my realtor. I highly recommend him for your real estate needs. The Kim Rock group helped me sell my house 2 years ago when I moved from PA to NC. They were so amazing that when my brother passed and I needed to sell his home, they were the only realtors I wanted to work with. I was so relieved to learn they could work in NJ.

Michael Greene was lead on my sale, and he was perfect: patient, knowledgeable, kind, and very hands-on. This was particularly important because while I was in NJ to get things started, I needed to return to NC. Moreover, I was grieving along with my family.

My worry about handling things from afar was needless. Michael communicated so well that the distance did not matter. There were many, many things to do throughout the process, and Michael stepped up for everything. In fact, there were several times when I would suddenly remember some part of the process I’d forgotten about (like the inspection punch list!), and be worried I was behind, only to find out that Michael had already taken care of things.

Things could not have gone better, and I am incredibly grateful. Thank you, Michael. :)

Michael was a fantastic realtor for me and my husband to find a place in Philadelphia suburb. We were remote in Northern Virginia, but Michael did everything to make the experience of buying our Condo in PA a pleasant one for us.

Michael was a great realtor to work with. He was attentive and knowledgeable. He always went above and beyond including answering his phone after hours and working until midnight to get my offers in to the sellers agent. I got outbid multiple times and Michael never gave up on me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
