Michael was more than my realtor. He was my advisor and helper. His real estate knowledge really showed as he used every marketing technique out there to get my home in front of the buying public. He also priced it right.

Michael hosted back to back open houses, plus scheduled showings almost daily. His efforts paid off with a full price buyer, along with a backup buyer.

After my home went under contract, I was out of town for 6 weeks. During that period, hurricane Ian hit. Michael spent the day before the storm prepping my house for it. During that 6 weeks, he visited the home several times to make sure everything was good.

I will recommend Michael Hamrac everytime I have the opportunity.

My wife, Barbara, and I have been investing in residential rental properties since 1980. But his home in 7 Oaks, Wesley Chapel Fl proved too much to get ready for sale since I ran into medical issues with cancer. I picked Mike Hamrac as my listing agent. Little did we realize how much we made a good choice in picking Mike until we tried to get it listed before school started. In 2 months Mike contracted and coordinated with contractors to replace the floors, paint the house's inside AND outside, various plumbing, HVAC, electrical issues. AND he personally redid the landscaping since we didn't have time for contractors. I got rid of my cancer and Mike got rid of our LAST rental! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED..
