We bought a new build in Baltimore in the Locus Point area in 2022. After a brief period of time and a new role it necessitated that we would sell this home. As such, I reached out to Cummings and Co. Realtors through a general inquiry on a Friday. I was contacted the same day by Michael Hofstetter and by that Sunday he stopped in for a visit and we made a sell plan. Michael set expectations for the market and pricing. We were very appreciative of his counsel. The property was listed and in a matter of days we received an offer. The buying price was a little under the target, but we understood that going in that our target price was optimistic (expectations set by Michael - time of year and housing market slow down -- did I mention we sold in November). We accepted the offer. Michael provided his resources for house painting and cleaning (both of which were fantastic) and the entire process went off without a hitch. This is the third house we have sold and this by far was the best practice. Michael was transparent, accessible, and initiative taking throughout this process. He is a consummate professional. I highly recommend Michael Hofstetter.
