Michael Icardo

Michael Icardo has been involved in the Real Estate Industry for over 37 years. He obtained his first license in 1976 and has been actively licensed since that time. He also has extensive experience in mortgage banking and finance.

Previously Mike was co-owner of one of the largest independent brokerages in North Idaho. He has served on the Coeur d'Alene Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, as Vice-President as well as a Director. He served at the state level on the Legislative Task Force. Mike is a GRI-Graduate REALTOR® Institute and obtained his Broker's License in 1995. He has consistently been recognized as a Top Producer.

Mike has been married for 40 years to Nancy, who is also his licensed personal assistant. Together they have two grown children, Travis and Carrie, and 7 grandchildren. Mike and Nancy have been active members of the Hayden Lake Country Club since 1990. They love the friends they have in North Idaho!

Mike loves the outdoor lifestyle that North Idaho provides, with a strong emphasis on golf and fly fishing. He enjoys traveling, fine dining, and, on occasion, a great tequila.

Mike specializes in selling luxury homes, waterfront, golf course properties, vacation homes, residential, residential development land, acreage, and farm and ranch properties.
