In today's current market, finding the right real estate professional can be extremely challenging. We met several realtors during our house hunt and Mike, by far, was the best one we worked with. He listened and understood our requirements and responded to our inquiries promptly. His vast knowledge of the area, insight of the real estate market, and expert feedback made buying our first home (which is typically a stressful process) go a lot smoother. Overall great experience, definitely would recommend.

We first met Michael Jones when he was the listing agent for a home we were interested in. He showed us the home and answered all of our questions. He made us feel very comfortable and his communication with us was exceptional. There ended up being a great deal of interest in the home and multiple offers. Michael was very ethical in his dealings with us and the other potential buyers and ultimately we ended up as the top bidders and purchasing the home. We liked him so much, we ended up using him as the listing agent when it came time to sell our home. We felt that his guidance on the listing price, staging and showings of our home was terrific. We followed his guidance and our home sold quickly and we were very satisfied with the price we received. Through the entire process for both homes, Michael was very easy to communicate with and continually put our needs first. Through his patience, guidance and experience, Michael took what could have been a very tumultuous time for us and made it very simple and enjoyable. My wife and I would highly recommend him for any real estate needs and we will continue to use him in the future.

Mike is absolutely wonderful to work with. He really care about his client and very knowledgeable about the community and neighborhood of Rochester. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended! The only thing that I would do differently next time is to be present during inspection.

Mike get things done. I highly recommend him as a turnkey real estate agent, mortgage agent and a builder. Mike is one of those Mike listen to your needs, very responsive and generous with his time to help his client.

Mike helped us find a great house that meet all our major requirements. Once appraisal came below, we countered and Mike offered the seller to reduce his fees to close the deal.
House we ended up buying, Mike happened to be seller agent as well. I was skeptical at first but Mike maintained high level of professionalism and integrity in tricky situation to deliver satisfactory result to all parties.

We worked with Mike about 6 months looking for houses. During viewings at this time, Mike's hands on knowledge as a contractor/builder really helped us to avoid expensive mistakes. It was a great benefit.

We also used Mike as mortgage broker. Overall process was smooth.

When ever there was a roadblock Mike would inform us about the issue, let us know solution options, ETA for each option and deliver result on time.

Mike Jones helped my wife, sister-in-law, and myself sell our house in Rochester, Michigan. All three of us lived out of state so it was very challenging for us to put this house on the market until we met Mike Jones. Mike was recommended to us by some close family friends and we are forever grateful for that recommendation. Mike took the lead from the very beginning to the end to help us sell our house. He went above and beyond all of our expectations. We listed the house in July of 2020 and closed in September of 2020. It was effortless on our part due to Mike's experience in the housing market. Mike also has extensive experience in remodeling current houses and building new houses which gave us great insight of what do do in preparing the house for sale. Mike is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and polite in all aspects of the sale.
