Among the residential deals that he has transacted, whether for example a $5.1MM uber-luxury condo in Tribeca or a $400K starter home in Edgewater, buying a home or investment property can often present unique challenges and issues for even an experienced buyer or seller, and all the more so for a first-time buyer/seller. He brings a warm and empathetic approach to really hear his client's true needs and desires, and an even-keeled attitude that yields the best solution no matter the challenge or situation.
Michael also quickly realized that his skill set and passion were a perfect match for commercial real estate, where the transactions are often complex and nuanced as well as requiring more analysis and due diligence. While continuing to represent his residential sales clients, his years of commercial experience have allowed him to become a trusted advisor in commercial transactions. The many deals he has successfully transacted include multifamily and mixed-use investment properties, as well as retail/office leases ranging from a diverse number of fast casual/upscale white tablecloth restaurants to creative firms and medical practices.
He is keenly aware that in real estate, getting the best deal and terms for his clients and guiding a transaction to a successful closing is simply not possible without being detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive, but above all, conducting one's self with professionalism and accountability. Michael is a resident, owner, investor, and an active member of the vibrant Bergen County community. When he is not working hard for his clients (almost never) or doting on his wife and toddler son (never enough), he can occasionally be seen riding his motorcycle (ideally, on the track) or skiing on fresh powder.
