Michael Kay

Michael Kay brings 42 years of experience in the real estate development, construction management, marketing, property management, and custom design/build to TTR Sotheby's International Realty. Known for his integrity, knowledge and sphere of influence, Michael is prepared to represent builders, new home buyers and existing sellers and buyers with his ability to assess and evaluate all sides of a real estate transaction. As part of one of the largest multi-generational real estate development families with roots in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Michael has been involved in the development of more than 5 million square feet of office space, 15,000 multi-family units, hotels, mixed used commercial as well as numerous single family residential projects including luxury residential in the United States and abroad.
