Michael Kerlinger

Originally from upstate New York, Mike has spent most of his life living in Rogue Valley. He and his wife Alyssa, who was born and raised in Medford, spent time traveling and living abroad, but they never lost their love for the Pacific Northwest, and they chose to put their roots down in Southern Oregon.

Mike’s time in the Rogue Valley has given him a deep appreciation and understanding of what makes it such a unique and appealing place to call home. His experience as a production manager in the live entertainment industry has given him a keen eye for detail and a firm grasp on contract interpretation and negotiation. He also worked in construction in Southern Oregon, giving him hands-on experience with building and renovating homes in the area.

Mike is passionate about helping people achieve their goals, and now specializes in helping home buyers and sellers across Southern Oregon. His love for real estate comes from building strong relationships with his clients and being a part of helping them realize their dreams. When he is not helping clients find their dream homes, he can most often be found on the softball fields, taking his cruiser for a ride down some of the Rogue Valley’s gorgeous backroads, or spending time remodeling his own home in Medford.
