He brings strong experience as a wholesaler who sourced distressed properties for active investors purchasing fix-n-flips or buy-and-hold properties anywhere north of the city in the Hudson Valley area, or in southern New Jersey and Philadelphia. This was my first experience with a realtor/moving out of state and so naturally I came into this process confused and with a lot of questions. Having Michael as my agent made the process so much less stressful — he answered any question I had, worked to find a place that met all of my needs and was extremely communicative from day one (regarding any hiccups, concerns, viewing requests, etc.). He was able to find the perfect place for me with short notice and even accommodated virtual tours as I was states away from where I was relocating to. Extremely professional and nice: 10/10 recommend him to anyone looking!
