This is a second review in 2024. I had such a pleasure of working with Michael who went above and beyond to help with all my property needs. Not only did he assist me in renting out property, but he also helped me with buying, selling a recent 1031 property. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market and was able to provide me with valuable insights and advice throughout the entire exchange process. The 1031 exchange went quickly and smoothly. It is never easy selling a home for the first time, especially after a loved one's passing, but they took the time to walkthrough the process and made it easy. Michael is absolutely amazing. He was very patient with me when I shopped for a property. He hand-picked some potentials for me and sent me the potentials with notes (E.g. unit has been upgraded, hardwood floor, nice curb appeal, good location, etc.) In short, he did a lot of research and he pre-screened the properties based on my criteria.
