Michael Kramer

An East Coast native, Michael Kramer was drawn to San Francisco for the art and culture — and the attraction immediately became a permanent bond. After earning his bachelor’s degree in fine art and graphic design at the Academy of Art University, Michael began collaborating with creative companies up and down the California coast. Yet he returned to San Francisco to stay.

Michael has been serving the Bay Area and wine country as a real estate professional for more than 10 years. He’s thrilled by the competitive, constantly evolving market and the challenge of guiding his clients to successful outcomes, whether it’s buying, selling, or investing. As an active, energetic advocate, he specializes in working with investors, developers, and buyers aspiring to add value to an existing property.

Much of Michael’s innovative, knowledgeable approach is rooted in the artistic and design talents that enable him to envision a property’s potential and communicate that promise to his clients.
