Michael Laman

Michael Laman is a seasoned Residential Real Estate broker who has lived in Chicago his entire life. Having started with this company in the year 2000, he has experienced the highs and lows of an ever-changing market. Michael game plan has always been to watch market trends and stay tuned to news and other outlets, thus keeping him educated and knowledgeable in all areas of real estate.

Being an architecture and design aficionado, he loves Chicago’s impressive skyline and many neighborhoods, which offer diverse trends in dining, schools, and places of worship. Michael pride himself on knowing their ins and outs, as well as what is hot and what is not.

On a personal note, Michael is a firm believer in philanthropy. In his spare time Michael is a mentor to two brothers, with whom he started working with at an early grammar school age. It has been his honor and pleasure to see them graduate college and become fine upstanding gentleman. Additionally, he has tutored inner city children and even provided care for reptiles at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum.

Real Estate is and always will be Michael passion. Customer service is one of his most important attributes, along with strong negotiating skills, which have helped him to succeed and become one of Chicago’s Top Brokers.
