We worked with Patrick Moore as our buyers agent and his support was outstanding. From the very beginning through the whole process he was very polite, respectful, professional, level headed and was never pushy. He was available at any time to answer questions, give us history on properties, strategize on offers and even take live video walk throughs of houses we could not make it to see on time. He offered good advice or suggestions when asked and was supportive if we decided to do something different. I would thoroughly recommend Patrick and we plan to work with him again on our next purchase or sale.

My house buying experience with Adrienne Jones of the Leighton Team was very positive. Adrienne showed great patience with me as I was looking for that "needle in a haystack" house. Her number one goal was to make sure I found the right house for my tastes despite the fact that I passed on so many houses that more typical buyers would have liked. She ran the risk that I wouldn't find that "perfect" house over the course of my search. She always had an optimistic and cheerful attitude which really helped because at times the search was quite frustrating.

We have worked with Leighton rentals for years. They have always gone above and beyond to not only try to fill our rental calendar but to assist in any way possible to resolve any issues a guest may have while vacationing in our unit. When we decided to sell we contacted the Leighton office and Melanie We have worked with Leighton rentals for years. They have always gone above and beyond to not only White from Keller Williams was recommended to us as seller’s agent.
Melanie impressed us from the start with her knowledge of the pricing of our unit for sale and the steps going forward in the sale process. Melanie and her team immediately got to work taking photos of the unit and scheduling an open house.
Melanie structured the open house process to try and get the best offer for us – and she did. We are very happy with the offer we accepted.
As soon as the offer was accepted another member of Melanie’s team – April – stepped in to immediately start working on items that would need to be done for the sale. The professionalism and prompt response to any question by Melanie and her team have made the process easy for us.
We anticipate that the rest of the process will continue to run smoothly and we would recommend Melanie to any seller or buyer.

I would highly recommend Mina O’keefe as a realtor. She made buying a property a stress-free process, especially considering that we weren't local. She went above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor in order to ensure all issues were dealt with in an efficient and timely manner (finding contractors, etc.). She anticipated what needed to be done without us having to ask and was always available to chat if we had any questions. Her knowledge of the local area was also extremely helpful. She really was wonderful to work with!

Without a doubt, Patrick Moore of Leighton Realty is the best realtor with whom we have ever worked. He is consistently professional, knowledgeable, patient and responsive. Conducting our search long distance was no challenge for him, and we were 100% comfortable with Patrick serving as our eyes, ears and brain when we were unable to be physically present.
