Michael LoCascio

Michael LoCascio's love for real estate began immediately after the purchase of his first home. Having experienced the complexities and challenges of a real estate transaction, Michael was eager to assist other buyers and sellers - aiming for an easy and painless process for everyone he worked with. Michael earned both his Bachelor of Arts (2011) and master’s in business administration (2016) at New Jersey City University. Here, he was able to gain strong business acumen, along with the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals. Out of college, Michael was ambitious and ready to face any challenge that came his way. At the time, jobs were scarce, so Michael paved his own way by opening Keys to Success, LLC, where he taught piano and performed for all types of events. In just a few years, he was able to expand to over thirty private lessons per week. In 2015, while still running the music business, Michael began a new career as a Financial Advisor. Starting from the ground up, he was responsible for getting his own clients. Helping people achieve their financial goals and making an impact in their life became his passion. In 2018, Michael passed his Real Estate Exam, beginning his chapter in Real Estate. This was the natural move, as he possessed a tremendous amount of negotiation skills, customer service, and patience. Quickly, he realized his knowledge of the area as well as his appreciation for quick response times set him apart from others. In 2022, Michael passed his Real Estate Broker Exam, giving him more knowledge and the ability to establish his own brokerage and employ/supervise other real estate agents. Michael has realized how important it is to treat the community with respect, integrity, and high moral standards. As a reliable and trustworthy individual, Michael has built a positive reputation. He aims to get the best results and go beyond for his clients. There is always an ardent desire to keep learning and forming new relationships as Michael continues to grow professionally in Real Estate.
