11/22/2015 - jim8of9 Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $300K in Vallejo, CA. 11/05/2015 - lemos2 Bought a Multi Family home in 2015 for approximately $200K in Vallejo, CA. Mike was relentless in finding me an investment property that met my criteria. He pre-screened the properties so I only had to spend time on real contenders. He provided insightful information on the area and market so I could put the price to value in proper perspective. When I had a question he couldn't directly answer he utilized his professional network to get me a complete answer. Mike also handled getting me accurate information from the sellers.
