Michael and Courtney were nothing short of excellence with helping my Mom sell her house. Their attentiveness to detail along with their follow up with anything regarding the sale was outstanding. I was very impressed with how sensitive they were with my mom who had owned the house for over 40 years. They hand held my mom through the entire process and their experience and expertise shined. My wife Kelly and I had to rely on Michael for actually helping us decide how and if we wanted this property.
We lived 5 hours away and time was of the essence.
Well after a few months of getting to know Michael, he was able to relate to exactly what we were looking for almost to 100%, even in location between two very close friends.
Michael literally inspected carefully and understood again exactly what our needs were, he even went in the attic for us.
Everything I thought we needed was answered professionally and at that point I felt like we knew Michael as a friend but his professionalism was well over the top.
We made an offer we thought would get us the bid and fortunately if was an amount that made us win the bid.
The next day we met Michael for the first time and had seven days to back out if needed.
Thanks to Michael's outstanding knowledge and knowing how to understand our needs we are now the proud owners of our new home.
Also Countney Richardson was the best as a team member, with Michael.

Michael was there for me every step of the way in selling a difficult house. Not only did he do the normal expected things like photos, videos, posters, etc. but he was there to help find great reliable people for landscaping, moving and general cleanup. Michael even chipped and got his hands dirty and helped pack and move things. Thanks Michael, Ed and Joanne were right - YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

Michael gets the job done right. We sold for more than we thought possible and quickly. I know the sellers market is good, but we surpassed good. He gave good advice, has a great network behind him, helped navigate the process even though the buyers agent was a bear. He was never too busy to discuss concerns whenever I called, although I know he was super busy. He's just really a very nice guy and a great experienced agent.

Mike was recommended to us by my father in law and I have to say, we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Mike reached out weekly during the 30 days leading up to the closing process, which was a great comfort for us. He went above and beyond keeping in close communication with our lender and made sure everything was running smoothly. Mike’s knowledge about the market, especially in Ocean City is top notch.
Overall, Mike made us feel comfortable and confident in the purchase of our new beach home and was there every step of the way!
