Mike McNeil helped us sell our beloved family homestead house in St. Paul this year. He
was referred to us by my friend. Mike came in and took a look at the house and assessed it in an objective manner. He gave us a market analysis of what other homes in the area listed at with similar characteristics as ours. He realistically told us how much money we could expect to receive if we sold it “as is” and what types of improvements we needed to make to raise that price. He gave us some things to do and we tentatively set some dates to shoot for to list the house. We listened to his advice and did what he said. He eased our fears and regularly checked in with us. After we listed the home, we quickly had multiple offers just like he said we would. Everything worked out very well. You know, Mike is a veteran, he is a public servant, he is a husband and a father. He’s going to be honest with you and treat you very professionally because he is an honest and professional man. Buying and selling properties can be stressful, Mike can help you navigate through the whole process.
