Michael Represented the seller of a property that our team helped close on last year. He and the buyers agent worked hand in hand for a smooth and easy closing. He was always responsive on his end and was open to talking with us which doesn't . In the real estate space it takes all parties to work together to have an exceptional experience. Mike is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. Talk about going "above and beyond"!
I live long distance and he went right over to the building I was interested in on SEVERAL occasions to shoot video, virtually walk me around the entire property, met with contractors... everything.
Can't say enough about this guy... do yourself a favour and work with him you won't be sorry!

Michael McVinney helped me greatly in a land transaction in the Western NY area and I am extremely grateful for his help. I do not think I would have got the same attention from another realtor and his expert advice was paramount in me choosing a place to buy a piece of land where I could build a home....I must attest to his professionalism, sound knowledge of the pitfalls and problems I may have and in the end his advice which I could only describe as'expert advice' at every stage.
