Michael Merson

Michael Merson made his way to Colorado by the good graces of the United States Army, where he proudly served 7 ½ years in the Military Police Corps. After Michael’s military service he was hired by the Colorado Springs Police Department and served his community for 10 years. Michael has lived along the Front Range for 20 years with his wife Stefanie and their two children Michaela and Mackenzie.


Michael has had the opportunity to live in both El Paso County and Teller County and is familiar with the housing markets in both counties. Michael has purchased properties in both counties and was the owner and builder of his own home that he currently resides in. Michael is adept at listening to what you're looking for in a home and community, working with lenders to figure out what you can afford, and then working with you step-by-step to help you find, or build, that home that fits you perfectly!
