Michael Monteclaro

Michael brings to Klein & Heuchan knowledge of the Senior Housing market. He has over 10-years of operational experience with an eye for numbers from his engineering background. Michael holds a degree in engineering and industrial management with a focus of international marketing. He has previously worked for various engineering firms in the Tampa Bay area, and his altruism and willingness to help people have always led him to extend his services. Loving salesmanship and understanding the Senior Housing business, it was only natural for Michael to build on his experience and specialize in commercial real estate. He has a strong passion for commercial investment properties and is especially keen on the analyses of their financial performance. Besides Senior Housing, Michael is also experienced in the sale of commercial properties such as office, multi-family, industrial, and vacant land.

Michael has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida and a post-graduate degree in Industrial Management from Karlstad University, in Karlstad, Sweden. He is active in Business Network International (BNI), the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR), and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.

Michael has two beautiful daughters, who are the apples of his eye, and is married to his wonderful wife, Hillary.
