Michael Northcutt has been serving the Rapid City area for over 10 years and started his first business at 22 years old as a licensed Home Inspector, after having graduating from Inspection Training Association (ITA). This is where he received the foundation for the work he has done in and around homes. Later, Michael would graduate with a with his BA in Leadership and Ethical Studies, while he started his second business as a licensed contractor focusing on flips, remodels and building new homes. However, Michael has work bi-vocationally much of his life. Shortly after graduating high school, he became a pastor and that was how he and his family arrived in Rapid City, South Dakota. After serving the church for many years, he had an opportunity to start a gold dredging company in Alaska for a summer! What an adventure! But as they say, it didn't PAN OUT. Returning from that adventure Michael knew that he wanted to try something different in his life. As a General Contractor, he had completed dozens of flips for investors and thought a good way to help serve those around him was to become a licensed Realtor. Michael brings with him not only the skills to successfully help you buy or sell your home, but as a license contractor he knows the ins and outs of a house. Michael has often lent these skills in order to help seal the deal for his clients and he can do the same for you!
