Michael O Dwyer

Michael E. O'Dwyer is an Associate Real Estate Broker with over 35 years experience in the business. He co-owned and managed Virginia A. O'Dwyer Real Estate for 20 years and then served as sales manager of The Stony Brook office of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty for three years. Michael is now able to dedicate all of his time directly to buyers and sellers. He brings with him the knowledge, drive, and expertise of a successful business owner and manager. As a top producing agent, Michael was recognized in 2018 as the Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty's Company-Wide Unit Leader, successfully overseeing the most listings, contracts, and sales out of 950 agents. His interest in history and the local community have been a tremendous asset to his career. He currently serves on the board of the Three Village Historical Society and has personally restored countless 18th and 19th-century homes, giving him unparalleled expertise in marketing historic properties. But his expertise doesn't stop there, Michael often assists his clients as they renovate and prepare their properties for market. While acknowledging the vital role of online marketing tools, Michael continues to stress his responsibility as an agent to personally experience a property.
