Michael was amazing to work with. We were in search for someone that could get us a great sell price for home, and since it was our first time selling a house, someone who would make it easy and seamless. He answered all of our questions and made it easy to trust him. He got us a buyer at a price we never thought possible! And he made all of the paperwork straight forward and talked us through it so we weren’t confused on anything! I have already recommended him to all of my friends looking to buy or sell and I suggest anyone in the area do the same!

Mike is nothing short of amazing as a Realtor. I have purchased and sold numerous homes for my own use as well as investments, and never had the quality of service my wife and I received when purchasing our home with Mike. He went above and beyond at each step of the transaction, he clearly anticipated our needs and questions, but also anticipated the other agents and their tactics/strategy. He was not afraid of the negotiations and fought hard for us in the deal. Perhaps one of the best traits however was that he did not shy away from saying, "I don't know." When we were researching areas, neighborhoods, etc he was not afraid to do research, call other agents, title companies, etc. Whatever he had to do to find the correct, accurate answer: he did it. With so many ignorant real estate agents out there who fake it 'til they make it, Mike is the real deal! Personalized service every step of the way, and we could not be happier with this home.
