Mike is the best. He was always on top of everything with helping us sell our house in California. We live in Sneads Ferry, North Carolina so it would have been a huge headache dealing with my tenants and the whole move-out process since I didn't have a property management at the time. Mike went above and beyond with conducting a pre-moveout and moveout inspection, preparing my home to sell and communicated all of his concerns and issues I might have to address before closing on my home.
A true professional and trustworthy individual, it was truly the best decision to pick Mike as our realtor. This was an unbelievable experience to meet Mike on LinkedIn and complete the whole transaction online and virtual meetings. We will definitely use Mike as our Realtor again.

Where to begin...What an excellent Realtor, Mike is a craftsman in his trade! We had been looking for a home for 2 years and somehow stumbled into his excellent care in January this year. I located an available property i was excited to view and Mike was our first point of contact. He was able to show the property immediately and even met with us in the evening after work. He had a detailed buyers guide he made for us even showed other similar properties in the area. We talked about our struggles in finding a home due to the market and Mike's response was, "I don't give up" and I knew he was going to earn our business.
We had several obstacles to tackle in our deal, many special circumstances and trouble getting the seller to respond in a timely manner. Mike continued to assure us everything was on track and we felt awesome in his care. We even had a fallout of our loan with our lender and he hooked us up with a new lender and we were approved without issue.
If you feel like you need just one person to coordinate your home purchase, stop looking Mike's your realtor. I cannot say enough positive comments about Mike, you'll be lucky if you get to work with him!
