Michael Saunders provided exactly the service you want from a realtor. He helped us decide how to prepare the property for sale to minimize the hassle and expense for us and maximize the sales potential. He read the market accurately to help us get a good price. Throughout the process he kept us informed, including sending notices when the house was shown and sending any feedback submitted by other realtors. Michael help us through the last-minute issues (there are *always* last-minute issues in real estate transactions) to ensure closing occurred in a timely manner. He was very personable and a pleasure to work with. We got Michael’s name through a friend who had used him and we certainly will refer our friends to him.

We worked with Mike on 2 occasions buying houses in this challenging market. One was for my mother who loves what we found for her and the other was for our own home. It took several months and several offers before we got lucky and settled on a beautiful home.
During that time Mike was very responsive and listened to our concerns/wants/needs with patience. He is an upmost professional but is also very personable. I know he must have had many clients but he makes you feel like you're the only ones he has.
I would recommend Mike Saunders to anyone wanting to make a real-estate deal and if we have any need in the future Mike will be the first person we'll call.

Mike was my realtor when I was selling my home and purchasing a new one. He sold my home in one day! He always made himself available if I had questions or needed advice, and truly made this a seamless process for me. I originally was working with a different realtor but happened to meet Mike in the early stages and quickly switched realtors because he was much more knowledgeable and (as I said before) always made himself available if I had a question (and I had lots of questions!). I've recommended him to a few friends and they all had the same positive experience with Mike. I highly recommend him to anyone!

Michael Saunders is the most impressive man I have ever met. He is a really stand up guy. If you are looking for a realtor this is the realtor you want to work for you. He will keep in close contact with you through out your whole process of buying your dream home and even after you are already in your dream home to make sure you are happy and at home. We chose Michael because of his reputation of being the best of the best for helping us get into our home. Our expectations exceeded what we expected. My company was talking about opening another branch in Harford County and I was nominated as being the plant manager if everything went through. I looked up a local Remax branch and picked the first agent I saw. I contacted Michael and told him I might be moving from PA to Harford county but nothing was guaranteed at this point. Michael told me no problem he would be more than happy to help me find a home. For 4 months while my company was negotiating for a warehouse Michael sent me listing that matched my criteria would meet me late evenings and early mornings to accomadate my schedule even though he knew I may not be moving. He was prompt in answering my questions and if he didn't know the answer he would find it out. I ended up staying in PA but still receive an occasional email from Michael. It was a stress free and comfortable time working with him I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.
