What an experience! Moving states is no easy task but I was fortunate to have been referred to Michael! He was extremely attentive and responsive. He listened to my needs and wants and I feel he went above and beyond. Looking at potential homes via the Internet is hard. But Michael did a lot of the leg work for me and also guided me about location since I am not from this area. It was definitely a process given that I chose a short sale house! It took quite some time and Michael was there reassuring me the whole way. But his attentiveness did not end at closing. He has been available to advise and give input as I move into the remodeling process. Michael helped me bypass frustrations with multiple realtors in Chicago to cut through the search and help me find exactly what I was looking for. He listens to clients, goes above and beyond, and intuitively understands priorities. 10/10 would recommend for the personal touch and care that made property finding a joy instead of a burden. Mike took great care of us in our house-hunting efforts, listened to what we wanted, was never pushy, but always honest. He also examined houses we viewed, looking for details such as cracks, water-heater and HVC dates, and such, things we never thought about. I highly recommend Mike, and if we need a realtor in the future, we're coming back to him!

Mike is a tremendous negotiator and has extensive knowledge to ensure all his clients are getting the best deal possible. He also understands real estate from an investor prospective which he used to help me find a new rental property. He even negotiated the final sales price under the price I was willing to pay.

Mike helped me get into my first investment property. Having someone to walk me through the entire process and provide recommendations for inspectors and lenders was crucial to making this deal a success in this competitive market.
