Although he grew up in Indiana, Michael relocated to Lake Worth, Florida over 25 years ago, and has a deep knowledge of the local market. As a proven area realtor and broker with over 20 years of experience, Michael offers his clients a level of professionalism and insight that other realtors can’t match. In 2013, Michael founded Schelling and Associates Realty PRO. He recruited “the best of the best” to become part of a team that combines superior customer service, years of experience, an extensive knowledge of the South Florida real estate market, and a dedication to helping buyers and sellers of both residential and commercial properties reach their real estate goals. Michael continually served as a board member of the Lake Worth Chamber of Commerce for 8 years, and was Chairman for 2 years. He also served as president of the Downtown Merchants Association. He is also actively involved in raising money for Kiwanis Kids and the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League. Michael presently lives in the Eden Place neighborhood of downtown Lake Worth, where he shares his home with Abby, his lovable Siberian husky.
