About Michael

Michael Seguin is a partner and broker in the Beaver Creek office of Engel & Völkers Vail. Born in New Zealand, he grew up with a passion for skiing. After gaining his certification, he taught skiing in Austria, Japan, and eventually Colorado. Michael spent two seasons at Winter Park, two at Copper Mountain, and has been at Beaver Creek in the Vail Valley for about 26 years. Seventeen years ago, he started his own real estate company with his partner Kris. Michael's years of teaching have trained him to listen and nurture. These attributes he has applied to the real estate world and it is how he takes care of his clients. Michael is not aggressive nor does he push, buying or selling a home is a guided discovery process. Michael is actively involved in his local board of Realtors and currently serves on the board as well as the foundation board.
