Hey there! I'm Mike Smith, and I'm thrilled to be your go-to REALTOR® here in the Reno/Sparks area. Originally from Northern California, I made the move to this vibrant community in 2019, drawn by its welcoming atmosphere and endless opportunities.
In 2023, I officially became a REALTOR®, and it's been an incredible journey ever since. What sets me apart? Well, I'm all about taking a laid-back approach to real estate. I'm not here to rush you into a quick sale. Instead, I believe in building long-lasting relationships by truly understanding your goals and working together to achieve them.
As part of my commitment to the community, I launched my "Give Back" initiative at the start of 2024. Through this program, a portion of my commission from every transaction is used to support local organizations and non-profits, such as the local little league, humane society, and food banks.
When I'm not assisting clients, I prioritize spending time with my friends and family, which includes my two wild, but lovable dogs. You'll often find me at events like the Reno Aces baseball games, attempting to play golf, or partaking in some of the many annual events the area offers, such as the Best of the West Rib Cookoff, The Great Reno Balloon Race, and Hot August Nights... just to name a few.
